Architectural Guidelines are an extension of the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) that establish an association's policies and procedures for alterations, modifications and improvements to an owners' property.
Any Improvement or Modification to a home or property must be made in accordance with these guidelines. If not specifically permitted in these Guidelines, any improvement or modification is not permitted. Failure to submit an application for property modification is a finable violation. Please make sure your application is approved before any work is performed.
Lexington Oaks has a well-defined, unique, and readily apparent architectural and residential character. It is the intent and responsibility of the ACC to protect and maintain the continuity of the homes in Lexington Oaks. These Guidelines outline minimum requirements necessary to ensure the continued existence and maintenance of these characteristics.
