The Lexington Oaks Community Development District (CDD) operates and maintains a 3016 square foot Community Center that has two main rooms. One room is used to conduct community meetings and is equipped with a state of the art communications system that allows for robust teleconferencing
The largest room is a traditional clubhouse, nicely furnished, with a stylish kitchen and bar area, a big screen television, WIFI and bathrooms. This room is very popular for very large meetings and parties.
The main room is available for rental. Please refer to the CDD website for the fee schedule or you can personally visit the Community Center and discuss with helpful CDD staff.
The Community Center Office Hours are (9 am to 6 pm) Monday through Friday and (10 am to 4 pm)
Saturdays.
