CDD Workshop

Thursday, June 1st, 2017, 9am at Community Center Board Room

CDD Workshops are designed to hold discussions on district matters, develop solutions and to plan for future needs. Typically, no votes are cast at workshops. Any item requiring a vote must be done at an official meeting.

CEC Meeting

Wednesday, June 14th, 2017, 7pm at Community Center Board Room

The CEC meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Community Center to make determinations on assessed fines.

CDD MEETING

Thursday, June 15th, 2017, 6:30pm at Community Center Board Room

CDD Meetings are held to vote on district matters. At the beginning of each meeting, residents can speak before the board regarding issues related to the District.

Monthly Master HOA Meeting

Wednesday, June 21st, 2017, 7pm to 8:30pm at Community Center

The Master Homeowner's Association Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of every month. This meeting is attended by the Property Manager. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a matter involving individual properties within the community, feel free to bring your concerns to these meetings. The HOA Board works for you and all of us.

Welcome to the Lexington Oaks Homeowners Association community website. We are a deed-restricted residential community located in Wesley Chapel, just 20 miles north of the hustle and bustle of the Tampa metropolis to the south. Wrapped smartly around a well-manicured 18 hole golf course that's teeming with ponds and native plant life, our community encompasses 13 distinct villages with an array of homes ranging from 1400 to 3600 square feet. The community is modeled from the horse racing culture reminiscent of Lexington, Kentucky. Hence, each village is named for a popular horse racing venue and every street bears the name of a heralded race horse. Our community is well-managed by an effective Homeowners Association that focuses on keeping Lexington Oaks beautiful and an equally effective Community Development District that maintains our common areas.
