We are a deed-restricted residential community located in Wesley Chapel, just 20 miles north of the hustle and bustle of the Tampa metropolis to the south. Wrapped smartly around a well-manicured 18 hole golf course that's teeming with ponds and native plant life, our community encompasses 13 distinct villages with an array of homes ranging from 1400 to 3600 square feet. The community is modeled from the horse racing culture reminiscent of Lexington, Kentucky. Hence, each village is named for a popular horse racing venue and every street bears the name of a heralded race horse. Our community is well-managed by an effective Homeowners Association that focuses on keeping Lexington Oaks beautiful and an equally effective Community Development District that maintains our common areas.
