Master HOA Annual Assessment Payment Info

Dear Owner/Resident,
RealManage has gone paperless. The following email which contains a link to your statement was sent on 12/18/2020. The HOA fee has been increased to $66.00 this year. You can pay by credit card (there is a $14.95 processing fee), by echeck (free), or by printing it, writing a check and mailing it to the address on the statement. If you do not have an account set up on the Resident Portal, please contact RealManage at LEXOAKS@ciramail.com and they will help you do that.

Your latest Lexington Oaks account statement is now available online.
To view your statement:
- Please login to the CiraNet Owner/Resident Portal using this link: https://www.ciranet.com/ResidentPortal (you will need to enter your username and password).
- Select your property if you have multiple properties.
- Click on the document icon next to the most recent statement (My Documents > Statements). You may have to change your end date to 1/1/21 to see your 2021 statement.
Your account is configured for account statement delivery by email. You will not receive an account statement by regular mail. You can update your settings in Account Information by selecting "Manage Phones / Emails" under the "Statements" column. See Sample of Ciranet web page below.
