Valarie Sharrow is originally from Tampa, Florida and has been with RealManage for 7 years. She is the Director of the RealManage Tampa Branch and oversees its 30+ properties. She has worked in multiple segments of the real estate and property management business for over 15 years, which has served to enhance her knowledge base and provide a perspective from many aspects of the business . She is certified as a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).
Valarie attended ITT Technical Institute and has an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Technology. Her computer background has provided her with the skills to help her to train staff members, new boards and committee members on the RealManage property management software program. Her extensive experience and software knowledge has been critical in personalizing software to meet a community’s needs.
